MEDITATION FOR KIDS

Our children are under constant competition for their attention; video games, iPads, television. Their minds are being pulled at breakneck speeds from the moment their alarm goes off in the morning until their head hits the pillow at night. It’s hard to take a break. It’s hard to know how to take a break. The stress of continuous stimulation might not be readily apparent, but it twists inside of us like a curling rope. Tension builds, and takes its toll on the way we interact with the world around us. However, there’s a way to shut everything off and give our children the rest their minds’ desperately need.
